摘要
采用搅拌摩擦焊工艺对2 mm厚2A12铝合金板进行焊接,通过金相显微镜、显微硬度计、拉伸试验机等对不同主轴转速下焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能进行研究.结果表明:随主轴转速增加,热机影响区中组织被拉长,弯曲变形严重,热影响区范围变宽,组织粗化;焊接接头硬度呈“W”型,转速升高,焊核区硬度增加;随主轴转速的增加,抗拉强度表现为增加的趋势,当转速为1000 r·min^-1时,接头的抗拉强度为415 MPa.综合实验结果可知,当主轴转速/焊接速度值为4~5时,其焊缝性能良好.
The friction stir welding process was used to weld 2A12 aluminum alloy plates with the thickness of 2 mm.The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints,at different spindle rotation speeds were studied by means of metallographic microscopy,micro-hardness testing and tensile testing.The results show that with the increase of spindle speed,the thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ)is elongated,the bending deformation is severe,and the heat-affected zone(HAZ)is widened,while the structure is also coarsened.The hardness of the welded joint is“W”type,and the hardness of the welded core increases with an increase of rotation speed.With the increase of spindle speed,the tensile strength shows an increasing trend.For a spindle speed of 1000 r·min^-1,the tensile strength of the joint reaches a maximum of 415 MPa.It is proved that when the ratio of spindle speed to welding speed is 4 to 5,the weld performance is the best.
