摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射分析(XRD)等试验方法研究了Mg-10Al2 Nd中间合金对Mg-3Nd合金的晶粒细化行为。研究结果表明:Mg-10Al2 Nd中间合金由α-Mg基体和Al 2Nd颗粒组成,添加Mg-10Al 2Nd中间合金可以细化Mg-3Nd合金,并且随着中间合金含量增加细化效果增强,添加20%的Mg-10Al2 Nd中间合金可使Mg-3Nd合金晶粒尺寸从1242±135μm细化至173±19μm。晶粒细化的机理是溶质效应与Al 2Nd的异质形核协同作用。
In this study,the grain refinement behavior of Mg-10Al2 Nd master alloy to Mg-3Nd alloy was studied by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results showed that Mg-10Al 2Nd master alloy is composed ofα-Mg and particle Al2 Nd phases.The addition of Mg-10Al2 Nd master alloy can refine Mg-3Nd alloy,and the refining effect is enhanced as the content of Mg-10Al2 Nd increases.By adding 20%Mg-10Al2 Nd,the grain size of Mg-3Nd alloy was refined from 1242±135μm to 173±19μm.The mechanism of grain refinement is the synergistic effect of solute effect and heterogeneous nucleation of Al2 Nd.
