摘要
果渣是指压榨果汁或提取油分后植物果实剩下的固体副产物,包括果皮、果肉、果核和果梗等。果渣作为一种环保型廉价饲料资源,富含多种营养成分,具有广阔的发展前景和综合利用价值。文章对果渣的分类、营养特点、生物活性成分及其在动物生产中的应用进行探讨。
The fruit pomace is the solid by-products of the plant fruit after pressing juice or extracting oil.It con tains peel,pulp,fruit nucleus and stems of the fruit.The pomace that is rich in various nutrients and has a broad devel opment prospects and comprehensive utilization value as a type of environmentally friendly and inexpensive feed resource.This paper discussed the classification,nutritional properties,bioactive components and their application in animal production of pomace,to provide reference for the development and utilization of pomace in animal husbandry.
