摘要
采用水热法制备KY3F10(KYF)纳米晶,找到络合剂的最佳使用剂量,并研究其对Ce掺杂KY3F10(Ce∶KYF)纳米晶的发光性能。纳米晶XRD测试结果表明制备出了一系列纯相的Ce∶KYF;在291 nm紫外光激发下,纯KYF可形成中心波长为360 nm的宽峰发射,源于缺陷发光。当钇与柠檬酸摩尔比值为1∶0.5时,Ce∶KYF纳米晶具有最强发光强度。色坐标研究结果表明6个不同柠檬酸剂量的Ce∶KYF纳米晶发光性能稳定,可实现稳定的蓝紫光发射。
KY3F10(KYF) nanocrystals were prepared by hydrothermal method, and the optimum dosage of complexing agent was found. The luminescent properties of Ce-doped KY3F10(Ce∶ KYF) nanocrystals were studied. The XRD results show that a series of pure phase Ce∶ KYF have been prepared. Under the excitation of 291 nm ultraviolet light, pure KYF can form a broad peak emission with a central wavelength of 360 nm, which originates from defect luminescence. When the molar ratio of yttrium to citric acid is 1∶0.5, Ce∶ KYF nanocrystals have the strongest luminescence intensity. The results of color coordinate study show that the luminescence properties of Ce∶KYF nanocrystals with 6 different citric acid doses are stable and stable blue-violet emission can be achieved.
