摘要
本文以南通市中央创新区医学综合体项目为例,重点介绍了BIM+智慧工地技术在实践项目中的应用,主要包括项目进度管理、项目人员管理、工程质量与安全管理、数字工地建设、BIM建造管理、高支模监测、用电检测以及环境监测等具体内容。实践表明,BIM+智慧工地技术的合理应用,强化了工程项目现场管理的科学性与高效性。
Taking Medical Complex Project as an example,this paper focused on the application of BIM+smart con?struction site technology in practical projects,mainly including project progress management,project staff manage?ment,engineering quality and safety management,digital site construction,BIM construction management,high sup?port mold monitoring,electricity detection,and environmental monitoring.Practice has shown that the reasonable ap?plication of BIM+smart construction site technology has strengthened the scientific and efficient management of project site management.
