摘要
在高校食品类实验室中进行科学研究,经常会牵涉到人与人、人与动物和人与环境的关系,为与国际接轨,在追求知识和真理的过程中对这些关系可能发生的风险要有清晰的认知和准备,因此规范的伦理学管理体系显得十分有必要。目前,我国高校食品类实验室开始重视对科研伦理的管理,需要借鉴国际高水平同类实验室的先进经验。介绍了英国高校食品类实验室的伦理管理体系,从其管理机构和法律法规、审查项目及流程、伦理要求和培训制度4个方面做一介绍和分析,并提出了对我国高校同类实验室的启示。
Scientific researches in university food laboratories often involve the relationship between people,animals and the environment. In order to satisfy the international standards and for clear recognition and preparation for any risks inherent in the pursuit of knowledge,it is necessary to standardize the ethical management system. Recently,university food laboratories are beginning to get more attention to the management of research ethics and need to learn from the advanced experience of international laboratories. This paper introduces the ethical management system of the university food laboratories in University of Leeds,we introduce and analyze the management organization,laws and regulations,review projects and procedures,ethical requirements and training system, and put forward the enlightenment to university food laboratories in China.
