摘要
针对地籍测量精度要求高、现势性强等特点,将具有速度快、效率高等特性的三维激光扫描技术应用于农村地籍测量。采用测块四周布设CORS点进行点云整体坐标转换,利用CORS配合三维激光扫描技术,通过实例操作与精度验证,得到房屋界址点中误差为±3.76 cm,围墙界址点中误差为±3.64 cm,界址线中误差为±2.14 cm。
Due to the requirement of high precision and easy to be update on the cadastral surveying,we used 3 D laser scanning technology which had fast speed and highly efficiency into the rural cadastral surveying.We developed the peripheral CORS points of surveying block for point cloud around the coordinate transformation.The experimental results show that the mean square error of house boundary point is 3.76 cm,the mean square error of wall boundary point is3.64 cm,and the mean square error of boundary line is 2.14 cm.
