黄土高原菊苣产草量与营养品质的预测 被引量:4

Prediction of forage yield and nutritional quality of Cichorium intybus in the Loess Plateau

摘要 为探明菊苣(Cichorium intybus)在黄土高原两种利用方式下的产草量及营养品质,对其进行生产评价和预测,揭示模拟轮牧对菊苣的影响,并确定其适宜的利用方式。本研究以菊苣“PunaⅡ”和“Choice”两个品种为研究对象,于2012年和2013年以定期刈割模拟轮牧的田间试验,分析生长时间、≥0℃积温与其产草量及营养品质之间的相关性并进行预测及评价。结果表明:模拟轮牧条件下,随着生长时间的延长和≥0℃积温的增长,菊苣呈现出产草量及各营养指标产量上升而营养品质含量下降的趋势;菊苣的粗蛋白、消化率、营养价值等级在模拟轮牧利用下显著高于一次性收获干草(P<0.01),模拟轮牧使菊苣的产草量和营养品质维持在较高水平;比较两种菊苣不同利用方式下的能量指标及分级指数发现,品种PunaⅡ的营养价值显著高于Choice(P<0.05)。利用生长时间和≥0℃积温预测菊苣的产草量与营养品质,预测模型准确性较高,拟合度较好。 To reveal the effects of simulated rotational grazing on Cichorium intybus and determine the appropriate utilization modes in the Loess Plateau,we evaluate and predict the forage yield and nutritional quality of.C intybus under the two utilization modes in the Loess Plateau.C.intybus“PunaⅡ”and“Choice”were used to analyze the correlation between growth time and≥0℃accumulated temperature,and forage yield and nutritional quality were predicted and evaluated by conducting field trials such as regular cutting and simulated rotational grazing in 2012 and 2013.The results revealed that during simulated rotational grazing,with the increase in growth time and≥0℃accumulated temperature,the forage yield of Cichorium intybus and the yield of each nutrient index increased,while the quality content decreased.The crude protein,digestibility,and nutrition level of Cichorium intybus during simulated rotational grazing were significantly higher than those of onetime harvested hay(P<0.01).Simulated rotational grazing retained the yield and nutritional quality of Cichorium intybus at a higher level.The nutritional value of PunaⅡwas significantly higher than that of Choice(P<0.01).The growth time and≥0℃accumulated temperature were used to predict the forage yield and nutritional quality of Cichorium intybus;the accuracy of these prediction models was high and fit was good.
