跟骨骨折的DR与CT三维重建比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究DR与CT三维重建分别应用于跟骨骨折诊断的作用。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治跟骨骨折患者29例,分别使用CT三维重建及DR方法进行检查,比较两种检查方法的准确度。结果:两种方法诊断率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是CT三维重建的分型具有较高的正确率,明显超过DR,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。29例患者中,满足手术要求25例,4例在进行CT诊断后,无骨折,因此选择保守治疗。结论:在跟骨骨折诊断中使用CT三维重建的准确度高于DR检查方法,因此在临床上可以优先使用,提高诊断的准确度。 Objective:To explore the role of DR and CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of calcaneal fracture.Methods:29 cases of calcaneal fracture were selected from January 2016 to December 2018,CT three-dimensional reconstruction and DR examination were used respectively to understand the accuracy of the two methods.Results:The diagnostic rates of the two methods were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the classification of CT three-dimensional reconstruction has a higher accuracy than that of DR,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 29 patients,25 met the requirements of operation,and 4 had no fracture problems after CT diagnosis.Therefore,conservative treatment was selected.Conclusion:The accuracy of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of calcaneal fractures is higher than that of DR,so it can be used clinically to provide diagnostic accuracy.
