摘要
实验采用紫外分光光度法,以50%无水乙醇为溶剂,UV-5500PC紫外分光光度计在273 nm处对10种白酒中的糠醛进行了定量分析,研究了酒体共存组分对紫外吸收光谱的影响,结果表明,应用紫外吸收光谱的线性关系为R=0.9949,加标回收率为(87%~110%)。
In this experiment,the furfural in 10 kinds of liquor was quantitatively analyzed by UV spectrophotometry with 50%anhydrous ethanol as solvent and uv-5500pc UV spectrophotometer at 273nm,and the effect of co-existing components of liquor body on the ultraviolet absorption spectrum was studied.The linear relationship of the ultraviolet absorption spectrum was R=0.9949,and the standard recoveries were(87%-110%).
