摘要
本科院校教学质量现实困境有本科层次教学内容陈旧、精力偏移、方向不清、创新不足,基于对全面质量管理理论的研究,构建了由质量监控标准、质量监控保障体系、质量监测体系、质量调控系统组成的本科教学质量监控工作评价指标体系,突出全方位、全员、全过程的评价理念,满足当前本科教学质量监控工作的工具需求,为探索评价在本科教学质量改进中的作用提供依据。
At present,the realistic predicament of teaching quality in universities includes obsolete teaching content,energy deviation,unclear direction and inadequate innovation at undergraduate level.Based on the study of the theory of total quality management,we have built the evaluation index system of undergraduate teaching quality monitoring work consisting of quality monitoring standards,quality monitoring guarantee system,quality monitoring system and quality control system,highlighting the concept of comprehensive,full-staff and whole-process evaluation,and meeting the needs for the tools of current undergraduate teaching quality monitoring so as to provide a basis for exploring the role of evaluation in the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality.
