摘要
设计合成了客体分子N-戊基-4-吡咯烷基吡啶吡啶衍生物,利用核磁共振光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱法考察了主体七元瓜环(Q[7])与客体N-戊基-4-吡咯烷基吡啶吡啶溴化物(G)的自组装模式。结果表明这两种测试方法相互佐证,在水溶液中,Q[7]包结G的吡啶环、吡咯环以及部分烷基链部分,形成1:1的包结配合物,这一特性不仅可用于构筑新颖奇特的超分子体系,而且为分子开关的制备研究提供了有用的信息。
One vip N-pentyl-4-pyrrolidinopyridine pyridine derivative was designed and synthesized,while a novel supramolecular host-vip complex of N-pentyl-4-pyrrolidinopyridine bromide(G)with cucurbit[7]uril(Q[7])was investigated by NMR and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy.The results showed that these two methods were corroborated each other,the pyrrole ring,pyridine ring and partial alkyl chain of the vip G was located inside the cavity of the Q[7]host to form a 1:1 rotaxane-like structure in aqueous solution.Thus it could be used not only to construct novel and unique supramolecular systems,but also to provide useful information for the preparation of molecular switches.
