On the Development of the Iraqi Islamic Movement of Kurdistan and Its Impacts

摘要政治伊斯兰是影响当代伊拉克库尔德地区安全与稳定的重要因素。两伊战争期间,奥斯曼·阿卜杜勒·阿齐兹在伊朗的支持下建立了伊拉克库尔德地区第一个伊斯兰政党--库尔德伊斯兰运动。此后,随着地缘政治环境的变化,库尔德伊斯兰运动与库尔德地方政府的关系经历了从冲突到合作的复杂性转变。自20世纪90年代末以来,由于库尔德伊斯兰运动与库尔德地方政府之间的合作程度提高,库尔德伊斯兰运动内部出现意识形态分歧,直接导致该组织严重分裂以及出现伊斯兰激进势力吉哈德派。伊拉克库尔德伊斯兰运动的兴起与演变,除了与中东地缘政治环境的剧变、政治伊斯兰复兴潮存在密切关联之外,外部势力的渗透与干预、世俗民主与左翼力量的弱化、库尔德地区严重的经济困境等因素都在其中发挥了重要作用。从整体看,伊拉克库尔德政治伊斯兰力量的兴起及发展演变,加剧了中东库尔德事务的复杂性与多变性,同时也对地区安全产生了多重影响。 Political Islam is an important factor that affects the security and stability of the Iraqi Kurdish region.During the Iran-Iraq war,Othman Abdul Aziz founded the Islamic Movement of Kurdistan,the first political Islamist party in Iraqi Kurdish regionwithIranian backing.Since then,with the change of the geopolitical environment,the relationship between the Islamic Movement of Kurdistan and the Kurdish Region Government had undergone a complex transition from conflict to cooperation.Since the late 1990s,the increased cooperation between the Islamic Movement of Kurdistan and the Kurdish Region Government had triggered ideological differences within the Islamic Movement of Kurdistan,which directly led to the serious division of the organization and the birth of the Jihad.The rise and evolution of the Iraqi Islamic Movement of Kurdistan is closely related to the upheaval of the geopolitical environment and the revival of political Islam.Besides,the infiltration and intervention of external forces,the weakening of secular democracy and left-wing forces,and the serious economic difficulties in the Kurdish region all played an important role.On the whole,the rise of Iraqi Kurdish political Islamic forces had aggravated the complexity and variability of Kurdish affairs in the Middle East,and also had affected the Kurdish geopolitical security situation.
