钢轨焊头平直度检测系统的混沌振动研究

摘要 钢轨焊头平直度检测系统工作时,伺服系统中功放电路的输出电流存在不同程度的混沌现象,会引起输出电机转速的波动,最终影响系统检测精度。为了减小输出电机转速的波动,通过离散模型分析了功放电路输出电流值的分岔现象与输出电机转速之间的关系,利用分岔图和李雅普诺夫指数选取合适的电流反馈系数,并设计了基于输入整形的抑振算法加以验证。实验结果表明,选择合适的电流反馈系数,可以有效减小混沌现象对输出电流的影响,系统振动情况较原系统有明显改善,有利于进一步提高钢轨焊头平直度检测系统的抑制振动水平和检测效率。 When the straightness detection system of rail welding head works,the output current of the power amplifier circuit in the servo system has different degrees of chaos,which will cause the fluctuation of output motor speed and finally affect the accuracy of the detection.To solve this problem,the relationship between the bifurcation phenomenon of the output current of the amplifier circuit and the output motor speed was analyzed by discrete model,the appropriate current feedback coefficient was selected by using the bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent,and the anti-vibration algorithm based on input shaping was designed for verification.The experimental results show that,selecting the appropriate current feedback coefficient can effectively reduce the influence of chaos on the output current,and the system vibration is improved compared with the original system.This way is conducive to further improving the vibration suppression level and detection efficiency of rail welding head straightness detection system.
