摘要
目的研究高强度聚集超声(HIFU)在软组织肉瘤中的应用,对其临床疗效及预后改善进行综合分析。方法76例晚期软组织肉瘤患者,均接受HIFU治疗。观察患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及不同时间患者生存情况。结果研究期间内8例患者失访,其余68例患者中显效38例(55.88%),有效22例(32.35%),无效8例(11.76%),总有效60例(88.24%)。随访患者均未产生出血、感染、皮肤损伤等不良反应。68例患者中,中位生存时间为14.5个月,生存期>6个月率为86.76%,生存期>12个月率为72.06%,生存期>18个月率为54.41%,生存期>24个月率为45.59%。结论HIFU用于软组织肉瘤的临床治疗,有利于改善患者临床症状和预后水平,提升预后生存率,保证患者生活质量,可联合放化疗治疗以取得更好结果。
Objective To study the application of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in soft tissue sarcoma,and to comprehensively analyze its clinical effect and prognosis.Methods A total of 76 cases of advanced soft tissue sarcoma were treated with HIFU.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and survival status at different time were observed.Results During study,8 patients were lost to follow-up.Among the remaining 68 patients,38 cases(55.88%)were excellent,22 cases(32.35%)were effective,8 cases(11.76%)were ineffective,with total effective rate as 88.24%(60/68).All patients had no adverse reactions such as bleeding,infection and skin injury.Among the 68 patients,the median survival time was 14.5 months,the survival time>6 months accounted for 86.76%,the survival time>12 months accounted for 72.06%,the survival time>18 months accounted for 54.41%,and the survival time>24 months was 45.59%.Conclusion For the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma,HIFU is conducive to improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,improve the survival rate of prognosis,and ensure the quality of life of patients.It can be combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to achieve better effect.
