摘要
宁夏中卫市南山台中型灌区节水灌溉项目借助国家发展高效节水灌溉的政策支持,依托先进信息化平台,发展高效节水农业,实施最严格水资源管理制度。通过在渠道安装测控一体化闸门、配套信息通信系统、安装水量调配管理软件,实现闸门远程监控、定量供水、自动测水、优化配置水资源的目标。本文详细论述了测控一体化系统的建设和运行情况,总结了经验和教训,可供类似节水灌溉项目参考。
The water-saving irrigation project in Nanshantai medium-sized irrigated area of Zhongwei of Ningxia Province is supported by the national policy of developing efficient water-saving irrigation. It relies on the advanced information platform to develop efficient water-saving agriculture and implement the strictest water resource management system. The goal of gate remote monitoring, quantitative water supply, automatic water measurement and optimized allocation of water resources can be realized through the installation of measurement and control integrated gate, supporting information communication system and water allocation management software in the channel. The construction and operation of the measurement and control integrated system are described in detail in the paper. The experience and lessons are summarized, thereby providing reference for similar water-saving irrigation projects.
