摘要
分别建立大风区平地路段和路堤路段CR400型停留动车组的数值模型,进行60 m·s-1极限环境风速下动车组气动力特性的数值分析。基于动车组坡道停留受力模型,考虑空气升力对动车组纵向气动力的影响,计算空载和定员工况下动车组停放制动正常或失效时的起动阻力、停放制动力和所需防溜力,并制定相应的防溜措施。结果表明:风向角为0°~20°时,路堤路段上的停留动车组纵向气动力大于平地路段约3 kN,而风向角为20°~90°时,小于平地路段约5 kN;考虑空气升力时的防溜力,小于不考虑空气升力时的防溜力;在线路坡度为22‰、环境风速为60 m·s-1的最不利条件下,动车组停留在2种路段上,仅需要在头车和尾车各设置2个铁鞋即可满足防溜需求;风向角逐渐增大,动车组制动所需铁鞋数量减少,当达到70°~90°时,路堤路段上停留动车组空载工况下仅需要在头车车下设置1个铁鞋即可满足动车组防溜需求。
The numerical models of CR400 EMUs parking at the flat ground section and embankment section in strong wind area were established respectively to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of EMUs under the extreme ambient wind speed of 60 m·s-1. Based on the force model of EMU ramp parking, considering the influence of air lift on the longitudinal aerodynamic of EMU, the starting resistance, parking brake force and required anti-rolling away force when the parking brake of EMU was normal or invalid under the conditions of no load and the fixed number of passengers were calculated, and corresponding measures for anti-rolling away were formulated. Results show that when the angle of wind direction is 0°~20°, the longitudinal aerodynamic of EMUs parking on the embankment section is greater than that of EMUs parking on the flat ground section by about 3 kN. When the angle of wind direction is 20°~90°, the longitudinal aerodynamic of EMUs parking on the embankment section is less than that of EMUs parking on the flat ground section by about 5 kN. When taking into account the effect of air lift, the anti-rolling away force calculated is less than that without considering air lift. Under the most unfavorable conditions of line gradient of 22 ‰ and the ambient wind speed of 60 m·s-1, only two iron shoes need to be set on the head car and tail car respectively to meet the demand for anti-rolling away when EMUs parking on the above-mentioned two kind of sections. As the angle of wind direction increases gradually, the number of iron shoes needed for EMUs braking decreases. When the angle of wind direction reaches 70°~90°, only one iron shoe needs to be set under the head car to meet the demand for anti-rolling away when EMUs parking on the embankment section under no load condition.
