摘要
推雪铲装载于多种设备上。其主要是通过挂载于移动工程设备的前端,借助工程设备本身的动力推动推雪铲向前推进达到除雪的目的。同时设备需要从工程设备的取力口上安装液压泵取力,用于驱动推铲提升、左右摆动所需要的动力。介绍了作业属具推铲的工作方式、结构特点。介绍了如何通过液压回路控制推铲的提升动作,保护作业属具,并分析该系统的优势。表明该控制方案是能达到良好的效果,适合推广使用。
Snow shovels are loaded on a variety of equipment. It is mainly mounted on the front of the mobile engineering equipment,with the power of the engineering equipment itself to push the snow shovel forward to achieve the purpose of snow removal. At the same time,the equipment needs to install hydraulic pump to extract force from the force extraction port of the engineering equipment,which is used to drive the power required by pushing and shoveling lifting and left and right swinging. This paper introduces the working mode and structural characteristics of the shovel-pushing operation. This paper introduces how to control the lifting action of push shovel through hydraulic circuit and how to protect the equipment. The advantages of the system are analyzed. The results show that the control scheme is effective and suitable for application.
