BDNF/TrkB介导的PI3K/Akt信号级联反应在肿瘤中作用机制的研究进展

摘要 越来越多的研究表明,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF,brain-derived neurotrophic factor)及其高亲和力受体TrkB在多种肿瘤,如乳腺癌、肺癌、前列腺癌、肝细胞癌等发生发展中起着非常重要的调控作用。BDNF作为上游信号分子与相应受体结合,激活下游不同信号通路,从而对肿瘤细胞的生存、转移以及侵袭等产生重要影响。本文概述了BDNF及其受体与PI3K/Akt信号通路之间的相互作用及其对肿瘤发生发展机制研究。 More and more studies have shown that brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and its high-affinity receptor Tropomyosin receptor kinase B(TrkB) play important roles in regulating the development and progress of various tumors such as breast cancer,lung cancer,prostate cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma.As an upstream signal molecule,BDNF binds to the corresponding receptors and activates different downstream signaling pathways,and then regulate the cell survival,metastasis and invasion in tumors.This paper summarizes the interaction between BDNF/TrkB and the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and its regulation mechanism of tumorigenesis,in order to provide a scientific basis for basic research of tumors and provide a potential target for clinical treatment.
