基于物联网的大型仪器设备状态安全监测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高大型仪器设备状态安全监测能力,提出基于物联网的大型仪器设备状态安全监测方法,采用基于物联网的传感器网络构建大型仪器设备状态信息采集模型,对采集的大型仪器设备状态信息大数据进行融合处理,提取大型仪器设备状态信息的关联规则特征集,拟合大型仪器设备运行状态信号,对运行状态信号进行自适应频谱特征分解处理,对大型仪器设备运行状态综合数据的统计特征量进行模糊融合聚类处理,根据数据聚类结果在物联网环境下实现大型仪器设备状态安全监测。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行大型仪器设备状态安全监测的可靠性较好,稳定性较好,提高了大型仪器设备状态安全稳定运行能力。 In order to improve the condition safety monitoring ability of large instruments and equipment,a condition safety monitoring method of large instruments and equipment based on the Internet of things is proposed,and the state information collection model of large instruments and equipment is constructed by using the sensor network based on the Internet of things.The collected state information of large instruments and equipment,big data,is integrated,the feature set of association rules of state information of large instruments and equipment is extracted,and the running state signals of large instruments and equipment are fitted.The adaptive spectrum feature decomposition of the running state signal is carried out,and the fuzzy fusion clustering processing is carried out on the statistical characteristics of the comprehensive data of the running state of large instruments and equipment.According to the data clustering results,the condition safety monitoring of large instruments and equipment is realized in the environment of Internet of things.The simulation results show that this method has good reliability and stability in monitoring the condition safety of large instruments and equipment,and improves the safe and stable operation ability of large instruments and equipment.
