摘要
文章介绍了一种高效、低成本7075铝合金型材的加工工艺,包括将挤压成型模具、铝合金铸锭加热后进行挤压成型处理,精确控制铝合金铸锭前后端温度、挤压速度,将型材送入冷却水槽中进行在线淬火处理,再进行人工时效处理,获得7075铝合金型材。其中,挤压成型模具经过特殊设计,进料槽与带入通道之间具有平滑过渡的倾斜平面;冷却水槽与挤压成型出口的距离合理配置。该工艺获得的铝合金型材综合力学性能良好,产品成品合格率达到80%及以上。
This paper developed a kind of high efficient,low cost of 7075 aluminum alloy profile processing technology,including extrusion mold,aluminum alloy ingot heating after extrusion processing,precise control end before and after aluminum alloy ingot casting temperature,extrusion speed,the profile into the on-line quenching cooling in the sink,then artificial aging treatment,obtain 7075 aluminium alloy profile;Among them,the extrusion molding die is specially designed with an inclined plane with smooth transition between the feeding groove and the inputting channel.The distance between the cooling water tank and the extrusion molding outlet is reasonably configured.The comprehensive mechanical properties of aluminum profiles obtained by this process are good,and the qualified rate of finished products reaches 80%or above.
