摘要
目的对口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法选择牙周病致前牙移位患者32例,依据抽签法将其随机分为对照组与研究组,为对照组患者实施常规治疗方案,为研究组患者实施口腔正畸治疗方案,观察两组患者治疗结局。结果研究组患者的牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖与出血指数分别为(25.24±2.64)mm、(2.73±0.62)mm、(2.72±0.43)%,显著优于对照组患者的(43.27±5.43)mm、(5.19±1.75)mm、(4.23±0.57)%,组间数据经统计检验得出差异显著(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗方案对牙周病致前牙移位治疗效果显著,值得在临床范围内广泛推广与应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss clinical effect of orthodontic in treatment of periodontal disease caused anterior teeth displacement Methods Choose 32 cases anterior teeth displacement patients caused by periodontal disease, divide them into control group and research group randomly according to lottery method. Control group was treated with routine treatment, study group with orthodontic treatment. Observe treatment outcome of two groups. Results Periodontal pocket depth, anterior teeth coverage and bleeding index of study group was(25.24±2.64) mm,(2.73±0.62) mm,(2.72±0.43)% respectively, significantly better than control group(43.27±5.43) mm,(5.19±1.75) mm,(4.23±0.57)%. Statistical tests showed significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic treatment has significant effect on anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease, which is worthy of promotion and application widely in clinical range.
