摘要
目的研究分析护士主导的麻醉药品管理模式在手术室麻醉药品管理中的应用价值。方法选择我院于2012年9月至2016年9月收治200例行麻醉手术治疗的患者为观察对象,采用数字随机法将其分为对照组(n=100)与实验组(n=100),其中对照组患者均行常规麻醉药品管理,实验组则行由护士主导的麻醉药品管理,观察其在麻醉药品管理中的应用价值。结果实验组由护士主导麻醉药品管理后,其麻醉准备时间与麻醉药物耗损率较之对照组明显更低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行麻醉手术治疗中由护士主导手术室麻醉药品管理,能有效降低对麻醉药物的损耗,减少药物准备时间,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To study the application value of nurse-led narcotic management mode in the management of anesthetic drugs in operating room. Methods Two hundred patients who underwent anesthesia operation in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2016 were selected as the subjects of observation. They were divided into control group(n=100) and experimental group(n=100) by digital random method. Among them, the control group underwent routine anesthesia management, and the experimental group underwent nurse-led narcotic management to observe its application value in the management of anesthetic drugs. Results After the nurses led the management of anesthetic drugs in the experimental group, the anesthesia preparation time and the rate of narcotic drug consumption were significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the anesthesia surgery, nurses-led the operating room anesthetic management, which can effectively reduce the loss of anesthetic drugs and reduce the drug preparation time, which is worthy of clinical application.
