摘要
针对河北省高粱产业在生产、销售、运输、市场、贸易等环节存在的问题,对河北省高粱价格、效益、面积、酒厂认知度、运输、储存等方面进行了调研及分析。结果表明,河北省高粱单产呈增加趋势,种植品种以糯高粱为主,主要供应南方酒厂;河北省高粱分布在承德、秦皇岛、唐山一带,呈现零散种植且以食用为主,沧州、衡水以规模化种植的订单生产、贸易为主;河北省高粱规模化生产实现机械播种、打药、收获的全程机械化,生产成本约为14355元/hm2;国内酒厂青睐国产高粱,主要是因为国内高粱单宁含量比进口高粱高;河北省高粱品种价格中,红缨子品种较高,比一般糯高粱价格高1倍左右。最后,对未来河北省高粱产业发展趋势进行了展望。
Aiming at the problems existing in the production,sale,transportation,market and trade of sorghum industry in Hebei province,this paper investigated and analyzed sorghum price,benefit,planting area,cognizance of distilleries,transportation and storage in Hebei province.The results showed that the yield per unit area of sorghum in Hebei province was increasing,with glutinous sorghum as the main planting variety,mainly supplying to southern distilleries;sorghum in Hebei province was distributed in Chengde,Qinhuangdao and Tangshan,showing scattered cultivation and food-oriented,while sorghum in Cangzhou and Hengshui was mainly produced and traded on a large scale.The high-scale production of sorghum in Hebei province realized the whole mechanization of mechanical sowing,spraying and harvesting,and the production cost was about 14355 yuan per hectare.Domestic wineries prefer domestic sorghum,mainly because the tannin content of domestic sorghum is higher than that of imported sorghum.Among the sorghum varieties in Hebei province,the prices of red reel varieties are higher,about twice that of glutinous sorghum.Finally,the future development trend of sorghum industry in Hebei province was forecasted.
