摘要
针对制造业生产车间执行层普遍存在信息孤岛、生产运行模式单一、加工对象切换时间长的问题,设计了基于柔性制造技术的车间控制流程,以及一种基于面向服务的架构(SOA)的服务总线技术(ESB)的生产调度系统。生产调度系统采用Spring,Spring MVC,Mybatis搭建系统框架,集成Activiti工作流引擎。通过对各系统的集成使车间生产、物流、仓储系统互联互通且统一协调调度,生产调度逻辑的灵活设计实现了柔性制造系统。实践表明,该调度系统实现了可视、高效、柔性的自动化生产,提高了生产车间的信息物理集成性与生产智能化,在离散制造业具有应用价值。
There are widespread problems in the shop floor of manufacturing industry,such as information isolated islands,simple production operation mode,and long switching time of processing objects,etc..Aiming at these problems,a workshop control process based on Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS)and a production scheduling system based on Service Oriented Architecture(SOA)and Enterprise Service Bus(ESB)is designed.The production scheduling system uses Spring,Spring MVC,Mybatis to build a system framework,and integrates the Activiti workflow engine.Through the integration of various systems,the workshop production,logistics and warehousing systems are interconnected and coordinated.Besides,various designs of production scheduling logic realize flexible manufacturing.The practice shows that the production scheduling system based on SOA and Flexible Manufacturing technology can realize visual,efficient and flexible automatic manufacturing,improve the information physical integration and production intelligence of the production workshop.Therefore,the Production Scheduling System has application value in discrete manufacturing.
