摘要
患儿,女,3岁,因"发现肛周菜花样赘生物2月"于我科门诊就诊。专科查体:患儿肛周及肛管齿状线以下散在数个米粒至绿豆大小肉色颗粒状、菜花状赘生物,无糜烂及渗出。根据患儿临床表现、专科体查、组织病理和免疫组化结果诊断为肛周及肛管尖锐湿疣。予1%利多卡因局麻后高频电灼祛除肛周及肛管内疣体,术后外涂重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,术后4周复诊患儿肛周及肛管部位无新出疣体。
A 3-year-old female child presented perianal neoplasm. Examination showed a few fleshy granular and cauliflower-like vegetations below the perianal and anal canal dentate line without erosion and exudation. The patient was diagnosed as perianal and anal condyloma acuminatum according to clinical manifestations, clinical examination,histopathology and immunohistochemical results. After local anesthesia with 1% lidocaine,wart bodies in perianal and anal canals were removed by high-frequency electrocautery,and recombinant human interferon α-2 b gel was applied externally after surgery. No new wart bodies were found in the perianal and anal canal of the children after four weeks of follow-up.
