摘要
高校实验室建设与管理中存在的问题有实验室规划重建设、轻管理,实验技术队伍相对薄弱,实验教学仪器与实验项目要求脱节。高校实验室面临的挑战有实验教师待遇相对较低,实验技术人员的知识结构和综合能力不足,实验室管理制度相对落后,师生安全意识相对薄弱。实验室建设与管理的对策有更新观念、科学定位、合理规划,完善和落实评价、考核和监督机制,促进实验教学师资队伍的专业化发展,多方筹措资金,建设高效、节约型实验室。努力建设科学、完善、现代化的实验室,为社会各界培养更多的高素质、综合性人才。
The problems existing in the construction and management of laboratories in colleges and universities include the planning and reconstruction of laboratories,the neglect of management,the relative weakness of laboratory technical team,and the disconnection between experimental teaching instruments and requirements of experimental projects.The challenges facing laboratories in colleges and universities include relatively low salaries of laboratory teachers,insufficient knowledge structure and comprehensive ability of laboratory technicians,relatively backward laboratory management system and relatively weak safety awareness of teachers and students.The countermeasures of laboratory construction and management include updating concepts,scientific positioning,rational planning,perfecting and implementing evaluation,assessment and supervision mechanism,promoting the professional development of experimental teaching teachers,raising funds from various sources,and building efficient and economical laboratories.Efforts should be made to build scientific,perfect and modern laboratories to train more high-quality and comprehensive talents for all sectors of society.
