摘要
目的 观察复合树脂充填材料在牙体缺损中的修复效果及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法 选取大庆油田总医院接受牙体缺损修复治疗的78例患者,根据双色球抽签的方法分为两组,每组39例。对照组采用玻璃离子水门汀填充治疗,实验组采用复合树脂充填材料治疗。比较分析两组牙体缺损患者的修复效果与对咀嚼功能的影响。结果 实验组的牙根折断(0)、桩核脱落(2.56%)、桩核折断(0)、咀嚼效率(0.91%±0.01%)、咬合力(149.62±8.41)Ibs均明显优于对照组(12.82%)、(13.38%)、(10.26%)、(0.54%±0.06%)、(89.72±6.57)Ibs,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对于牙体缺损患者而言,采用复合树脂充填材料对牙体缺损的修复效果显著,且能有效恢复患者的咀嚼功能。
Objective To investigate the repairing effect of composite resin filling materials on tooth defects and its effect on chewing function.Methods According to the method of double-color ball lottery,78 patients in our hospital were divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glass ionomer cement and the experimental group was treated with compound resin.The restorative effect and the effect on masticatory function of two groups of patients with tooth defect were compared and analyzed.Results In the experimental group,root fracture(0),post-core detachment(2.56%),post-core fracture(0),masticatory efficiency(0.91%±0.01%),the bite force(149.62±8.41 Ibs)were significantly better than that of the control group(12.82%,13.38%,10.26%,0.54%±0.06%,89.72±6.57 Ibs),there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tooth defects,the composite resin filling material has significant repairing effect on the tooth defect and can effectively restore the chewing function of the patient.
