摘要
目的:基于社会生态学理论,调查因病致贫人群的自评健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法:便利抽取524位农村居民进行问卷调查,采用logistic回归对自评健康的影响因素进行分析。结果:年龄、学历、就业状况、是否吸烟、是否患慢性病、家庭类型、家庭年人均收入是影响因病致贫家庭成员自评健康状况的重要因素。结论:因病致贫居民的自评健康状况不佳,受多层次因素交互影响,应构建多层次、多元化社会支持体系开展精准健康扶贫。
Objective:To investigate the self-assessment of health status and analyze the influencing factors of poor people caused by disease based on social ecosystem theory.Methods:524 rural residents were conveniently selected for questionnaire,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of self-assessment health.Results:Age,educational background,employment status,smoking,chronic disease,family type and the annual per capita income of families were the important factors that affecting the self-assessment of health status of the poverty-stricken family members due to illnesses.Conclusion:The self-assessment of health status of the poor residents due to illnesses is not good.Due to the interaction of multi-level factors,a multi-level and diversified social support system should be constructed to achieve accurate and healthy poverty alleviation.
