摘要
新能源汽车产业的快速发展带来人才需求持续走高。相对传统汽车而言,新能源汽车产业的发展对人才的要求更高。但是目前高校培养的新能源汽车人才无论从数量上还是质量上,都满足不了新能源汽车技术的发展要求。文章对我国新能源汽车人才现状和需求进行分析,并提出高校新能源汽车人才培养的改进措施。
The rapid development of the new energy automobile industry has brought about a sustained high demand for talents. Compared with traditional automobiles, the development of new energy automobile industry requires more talents. However, the new energy automobile talents trained by universities can not meet the requirements of the development of new energy automobile technology in terms of quantity and quality. In this paper, the current situation and demand of new energy automobile talents in China are analyzed, and the improvement measures of training new energy automobile talents in Colleges and universities are put forward.
