摘要
目的研究无保护会阴接生技术在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1~10月在我院分娩的240例初产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例。观察组采用无保护会阴接生法,对照组采用托肛保护会阴接生法,比较两组会阴裂伤及侧切率、第二产程时间、新生儿窒息、分娩出血量和满意度。结果观察组会阴裂伤程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组会阴侧切率为5.8%,明显低于对照组的29.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第二产程时间、新生儿窒息率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),产时出血量、产后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无保护会阴接生技术效果显著,值得在临床应用。
Objective To study the effect of unprotected perineal birth in the delivery of primipara.Methods A total of 240 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital were selected from January to October in 2018,randomly divided into observation group and control group,120 cases in each group.The observation group was given unprotected perineal birth,while the control group was given anal protected perineal birth,their perineal laceration and episiotomy rate,second stage of labor,neonatal asphyxia,blood loss and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The degree of perineal laceration in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Episiotomy rate of the observation was 5.8%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(29.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences between the two groups in the second stage of labor and neonatal asphyxia rate(P>0.05),the amount of bleeding at birth and postpartum of the observation group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(86.7%),the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of unprotected perineal birth is remarkable,which can be more used in clinic.
