摘要
针对跨隔测试过程中封隔器胶筒、胶筒骨架损坏等封隔器常见失效形式,利用拉密厚壁圆筒理论及材料力学的相关理论建立了跨隔测试封隔器胶筒力学模型及胶筒骨架力学模型,分析了胶筒、胶筒骨架在坐封力及测试压差等载荷作用下的应力与应变关系,利用材料力学第四强度校核理论反推得到了胶筒及胶筒骨架的允许最大测试压差。在此基础上,通过实例分析了封隔器胶筒及胶筒骨架的失效原因。该研究为跨隔测试过程中测试压差的合理选择及安全测试提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the common failure modes of the packer,such as the damage of the rubber and rubber skeleton,it uses the theory of thick-walled cylinder and related theories of material mechanics to build the mechanical model of the rubber drum and rubber skeleton,describes the relationship between stress and strain of rubber and rubber skeleton under setting force and analyzes the differential pressure test,obtains the safety test pressure difference of rubber and cylinder skeleton based on fourth strength check theory of material mechanics.It shows the examples and analyzes the failure reasons of packer rubber and rubber skeleton.This study provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of test pressure difference and safety test in the process of straddle test.
