摘要
针对自动导引运输车偏离轨道导致系统耦合系数和传输功率急剧下降问题,提出正交拾电器。首先建立拾电器等效电路模型,推导出耦合系数与输出功率的关系。然后分析拾电器耦合系数小的原因,结合E型和U型拾电器副边线圈缠绕的特点,提出正交拾电器,采用第一个线圈绕在E型磁芯的中间芯柱上,第二个线圈垂直于第一个线圈绕在E型磁芯的两侧的结构。最后以耦合系数和输出功率作为研究对象,基于Ansoft Maxwell电磁场有限元仿真软件和开发的拾电器,验证了当自动导引运输车偏离轨道100 mm范围时,改善耦合系数和输出功率的下降情况,提高了横向偏差容忍度。
In allusion to the problem that the coupling coefficient and transmission power of the system decrease sharply when the AGV(automatic guided vehicle)deviates from the track,the orthogonal power pickup is proposed.Firstly,the equiva lent circuit model of the power pickup is established,and the relationship between the coupling coefficient and the output power is derived.And then,the reason that the coupling coefficient of power pickup is small is analyzed,in combination with the char acteristics of the secondary coil winding of E type and U type power pickup,a structure of the orthogonal power pickup is pro posed,in which the first coil winds around the middle core column of the E type magnetic core,and the second coil winds around both sides of the E type magnetic core perpendicular to the structure of the first coil.The coupling coefficient and output power are taken as the research object.On the basis of the Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic field finite element simulation soft ware and the developed power pickup,it is verified that when the AGV deviates from the track by 100 mm,the decrease situa tion of coupling coefficient and output power is improved,and the tolerance of lateral deviation is increased.
