摘要
目的研究分析流动儿童计划免疫健康教育的实施方法以及作用价值。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月期间在本社区暂住时间>3个月,年龄<7岁的流动儿童监护人102名为研究对象,分析计划免疫情况,并根据具体情况采取针对性健康教育措施,分析教育前后规范建卡情况、计划免疫相关知识知晓率及综合知识知晓率。结果102名流动儿童建立《预防接种卡》达到99.1%,但存在重复建卡以及无故延迟接种时间等问题;经健康教育干预后,儿童家长对于计划免疫相关知识知晓率明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前综合知识得分为(9.6±1.2)分,干预后为(15.6±2.0)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解决流动儿童计划免疫问题,需要提高流动儿童计划免疫工作质量加强健康教育力度,提高流动儿童家庭接种适龄免费疫苗主动性意识,保证该部分儿童健康成长。
Objective To study and analyze the implementation methods and value of immunization health education for migrant children.Methods A total of 102<7-year-old migrant child guardians who stayed in our community for more than 3 months from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects to analyze the planned immunization status and take targeted health according to the specific situation.Educational measures,analysis of the standardization of card establishment before and after education,the awareness rate of planned immune related knowledge and the comprehensive knowledge awareness rate.Results 102 cases of migrant children established the vaccination card to reach 99.1%,but there were problems such as repeated health and delayed vaccination time.After the health education intervention,the parents'awareness of the planned immune related knowledge was significantly improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive knowledge score before intervention was(9.6±1.2)points,and the score was(15.6±2.0)points after intervention,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To solve the immunization problem of migrant children,it is necessary to improve the quality of immunization work for migrant children,strengthen health education,and improve the initiative awareness of free-vaccination vaccine for migrant children's families to ensure the healthy growth of these children.
