摘要
教师党支部是高校基层党建的重要载体和基础,高校新型内设教学科研机构的出现及优化配置的党支部,要求组织部门积极探索创新型党建工作,发挥推动科研创新和提升教学质量重大作用。针对当前部分教师党支部党务和业务工作脱节、组织活动形式单一等现状,本文提出在进一步规范党支部各项工作,健全激励考核党支部工作方式的同时,探索创新型、可持续发展的教师党支部的组织建设。增强党支部工作创新活力,充分激发党支部推进教学科研工作的动力,实现高校党建这项系统工程与教学科研的中心工作有机融合。
Teachers'Party branch is an important carrier and foundation of Party building at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.The emergence and optimal allocation of new built-in teaching and scientific research institutions in colleges and universities require organizational departments to actively explore innovative Party building work and play an important role in promoting scientific research innovation and improving teaching quality.In view of the current situation that some tea-chers'Party branch's Party affairs and business work are disconnected and the form of organization activities is single,this pa-per proposes to further standardize the work of the Party branch,improve the way of encouraging and assessing the work of the Party branch,and explore the organizational construction of innovative and sustainable teachers'Party branch.Enhance the innovative vitality ofthe Party branch work,fully stimulate the driving force ofthe Party branch to promote teaching and scien-tific research work,and realize the organic integration of the system engineering of Party building in colleges and universities with the central work of teaching and scientific research.
