摘要
目的:观察中药汤剂调气舒郁汤联合黛力新治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:通过收集湖南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊符合纳入标准的病人80例进行临床观察实验,将病人分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,观察组为调气舒郁汤联合黛力新,对照组为单独使用黛力新,对比两组治疗前后的HAMD量表评分、SDS量表评分、不良反应。结果:观察组的总有效率、治疗后HAMD量表评分和SDS量表评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:调气舒郁汤联合黛力新治疗抑郁症较单独运用黛力新疗效更佳,调气舒郁汤治疗抑郁症确实有效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaoqi Shuyu decoction decoction combined with Deanxit in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.Methods:80 Patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected for clinical observation.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tiaoqi Shuyu decoction combined with Delixin,while the control group was treated with Delixin alone.The HAMD scale score,SDS scale score and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate,HAMD score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Tiaoqi Shuyu decoction combined with Deanxit is more effective than Deanxit alone in the treatment of depression.Tiaoqi Shuyu decoction is indeed effective in the treatment of depression.
