摘要
目的:了解某院中药不良反应的发生特点和规律,促进临床规范使用中药制剂,保障病人用药安全。方法:对某院2014—2018年上报的256例中药ADR报告进行统计和分析。结果:256例ADR报告中,男性109例,女性147例,女性较多;上报数量基本呈逐年上升趋势,构成比呈逐年下降趋势;静脉给药引发的ADR最多,占总例数的75.39%,中药ADR造成的损害以皮肤及附件最为常见,占总例数的33.98%;ADR报告多为一般,占总数的67.97%,新的ADR报告77例,占比30.08%,严重报告5例。结论:医疗机构应重视不良反应的报告和监测工作,慎用中药注射剂,减少中药不良反应的发生和对患者的伤害。
Objective:Understand the occurrence characteristics and laws of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in a hospital,promote the use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in clinical practice,and ensure the safety of patients.Methods:Statistics and analysis were conducted on 256 ADR reports of Chinese medicines reported in a hospital from 2014 to 2018.Results:Of the 256 ADR reports,109 were male and 147 were female,with more women.The number of reported cases is basically increasing year by year,and the composition ratio is decreasing year by year.Intravenous administration caused the most ADR,accounting for 75.39% of the total cases.The damage caused by ADR of Chinese medicine was the most common in skin and accessories,accounting for 33.98%of the total cases.The ADR report was mostly average,accounting for 67.97% of the total,77 new ADR reports,accounting for 30.08%,and 5 cases were seriously reported.Conclusion:Medical institutions should pay attention to the reporting and monitoring of adverse reactions,and carefully use traditional Chinese medicine injections to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and harm to patients.
