摘要 传统生产线多以人工方式对工业零件进行分类,检测速度和精度亟待提高,本文基于Lab VIEW平台,建立了工业零件的分类识别系统,通过对图像进行采集和预处理,根据含目标的图像信息,采用canny边缘算子识别其中的图形轮廓并进行特征匹配,识别期望的目标是否存在,进而完成工业零件的分类与定位。实验证明,分类识别的平均耗时为0.33 s,符合快速匹配的要求,能有效提高生产效率。 Traditional production lines usually classify industrial parts manually.The detection speed and accuracy need to be improved urgently.Based on LabVIEW platform,this paper establishes a classification and recognition system for industrial parts.Through image acquisition and preprocessing,according to the image information containing the target,the canny edge operator is used to recognize the contour of the figure and match the features to identify whether the desired target is or not.The classification and positioning of industrial parts have been completed.Experiments show that the average recognition time is 0.33 s,which meets the requirements of fast matching and can effectively improve production efficiency.
