摘要 目的分析研究3.0TMRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,磁共振成像)臂丛神经成像价值及对臂丛神经病变的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年2月-2018年8月于我院进行健康体检的成年人共30例、臂丛神经病变的患者30例作为本次研究对象,所有被检者均给予3.0MRI臂丛神经成像,观察成像结果及此方法对臂丛神经病变的检出价值。结果MRI结果显示臂丛神经根从椎间孔穿出,与锁骨下动脉和腋动脉平行,冠状位可见细小根丝并呈条索样,T1WI及T2WI为低信号,SPACE序列显示高信号并呈条索样。30例臂丛神经病变患者经手术探查及肌电图显示节前神经损伤118对,MRI显示101对。节后神经损伤114对,MRI显示98对。MRI对节前神经及节后神经损伤诊断结果差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论MRI对臂丛神经显示较为清晰,有助于臂丛神经病变诊断。 Objective To analyze the value of 3.0TMRI(magnetic resonance imaging)brachial plexus imaging and its clinical value in brachial plexus neuropathy.Methods 30 adults with brachial plexus lesions and 30 patients with brachial plexus neuropathy were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018.All subjects were given 3.0 MRI brachial plexus.Imaging,observation of imaging results and the value of this method for brachial plexus neuropathy.Results MRI results showed that the brachial plexus roots penetrated from the intervertebral foramen,parallel to the subclavian artery and the iliac artery.The small roots were seen in the coronal position and were strip-like.T1WI and T2WI were low signals,and the SPACE sequence showed high signal.It is like a cable.Thirty patients with brachial plexus neuropathy underwent surgical exploration and electromyography showed 118 pairs of preganglionic nerve injury,and MRI showed 101 pairs.There were 114 pairs of post-ganglionic nerve injuries,and MRI showed 98 pairs.MRI had no significant difference in the diagnosis of preganglionic nerve and postganglionic nerve injury,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion MRI is more clear on the brachial plexus and is helpful for the diagnosis of brachial plexus.
