摘要 为降低刮板输送机在运行的过程中的故障率,提高其运行的稳定性及使用性能,提出利用减速器监测预警系统来预防减速器故障的方法,同时用变频控制技术控制刮板输送机的运行。井下运行实践证明,减速器监测预警系统可实现对减速器的实时监控,及时进行故障预警,保证减速器安全性能。变频器驱动系统的使用有效解决了刮板输送机带载启动问题,提高了刮板机的运行性能及电机的使用寿命。 In order to reduce the failure rate of scraper conveyor in operation and improve the stability and performance of scraper conveyor, a method to prevent the failure of scraper conveyor by monitoring and early warning system of decelerator was put forward. At the same time, frequency conversion control technology is used to control the operation of scraper conveyor. The practice of underground operation proves that the real-time monitoring and early warning system of reducer can realize the real-time monitoring of reducer, timely fault warning and ensure the safety performance of reducer;the use of frequency converter drive system effectively solves the problem of on-load starting of scraper conveyor, and improves the operation performance of scraper conveyor and the service life of motor.
