摘要
锁骨骨折是临床常见骨折类型,临床治疗锁骨骨折的方法较多,通常分为保守治疗和手术治疗。近年来研究提出保守治疗可能会导致部分锁骨骨折患者骨折不愈合、功能受损等现象,且容易影响外观。随着生活水平和医疗水平的提高,人们对锁骨功能恢复和外观要求较高,大多数临床患者采用手术治疗。目前锁骨骨折标准化的手术治疗方法尚未确立,本文主要对锁骨骨折手术治疗及并发症控制情况进行综述,希望为临床锁骨骨折的有效治疗提供一定的理论依据。
Clavicular fracture is a common type of fracture in clinical practice.There are many methods for clinical treatment of clavicular fracture.It is usually divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.In recent years,studies have suggested that conservative treatment may lead to non-union and functional impairment of some patients with clavicular fracture,and it is very easy to affect the appearance.With the improvement of living standards and medical level,people have higher requirements for recovery and appearance of clavicle function,and most clinical patients use surgical treatment.At present,the standardized surgical treatment of clavicular fracture has not been established.This article mainly reviews the surgical treatment and complications of clavicle fracture,and hopes to provide a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of clinical clavicular fracture.
