摘要
采用PEST-SWOT法,从政治、经济、社会、技术方面对基层医疗卫生机构主导型医养结合模式的内部优势、劣势以及外部的机会、威胁进行分析,并提出转变观念,对基层医疗卫生机构的职能进行重新定位,优先开展针对失能、半失能老年人的医养结合服务,构建长期护理保险制度,加强基层医疗卫生机构的医养结合服务团队建设等建议,以期为完善我国基层医疗卫生机构主导型医养结合模式提供参考。
It analyzes internal advantage and disadvantage,external opportunity and threat of integrated treatment and convalesce mode which leading with grass root medical and health institutions from politics,economics,society and technical aspects by PEST-SWOT method.It puts forward some suggestions such as change idea,relocate the function of grass root medical and health institutions,priority to carry out integrated treatment and convalesce service for disability and semi-disability old people,build long-term care insurance system and strengthen team construction of integrated treatment and convalesce service in grass root medical and health institutions,so as to provide reference for perfecting integrated treatment and convalesce mode which leading with grass root medical and health institutions.
