摘要
目的通过对老年股骨颈骨折术患者分别实施常规护理和康复护理,观察两组患者的临床效果,探究不同护理方案的临床特点,为股骨颈骨折的老年患者选择护理方案提供可靠依据。方法从来该院诊治的2017年1月—2018年12月的老年股骨颈骨折术后患者中随机抽取96例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组48例:实施常规护理;观察组48例:实施常规护理+康复护理,观察其髋关节功能恢复以及生活质量情况。结果观察组关节活动为(3.87±0.75)分高于对照组(t=6.753,P<0.05),关节功能评分为(28.55±3.34)分高于对照组(t=11.642,P<0.05),关节疼痛评分为(42.14±4.74)分高于对照组(t=9.436,P<0.05);观察组生活质量总分为(74.23±1.24)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.859,P<0.05)。结论康复护理可以有效提高老年股骨颈骨折术后髋关节功能恢复,恢复速度加快,生活质量得到改善,患者的社会功能、情感方面均有所提高,精神状态和心理状态得到较好的调整,减少患者痛苦,是一项值得广泛应用的护理方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different nursing programs by routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,and to provide a reliable basis for selecting elderly nursing patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 96 patients with postoperative femoral neck fractures from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group(n=48):routine nursing,48 observation group:performing routine care+rehabilitation care to observe hip function recovery and quality of life.Results The joint activity of the observation group was(3.87±0.75)points,which was higher than that of the control group(t=6.753,P<0.05).The joint function score was(28.55±3.34)points,which was higher than the control group(t=11.642,P<0.05).The joint pain score was(42.14±4.74)points was higher than that of the control group(t=9.436,P<0.05).The total quality of life of the observation group was(74.23±1.24)points,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.859,P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the recovery of hip joint function after the femoral neck fracture in the elderly,the recovery speed is accelerated,the quality of life is improved,the social function and emotional aspects of the patient are improved,and the mental state and mental state are better adjusted and reduced.Patient suffering is a care program that deserves wide application.
