摘要
为了提高核电厂全范围模拟机运维效率、降低运维成本、减少人因错误、追溯运维过程,提出了基于增强现实(AR)技术的模拟机运维支持系统架构,实现了运维全过程的数字化管理。该系统能够自动识别仿真主控室、教练员室、远距离停堆室、计算机房等区域环境和硬件设备,具有自助运维和在线的专家诊断以及协助功能。该方案对增强现实技术在核电模拟机运维中的应用实施具有探索和指导意义。
In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the full scope simulator(FSS)of nuclear power plant,reduce the cost and human error,and realize the traceability of the process,the architecture of simulator operation and maintenance support system is proposed based on the augmented reality(AR)technology;the digital management of the whole process of operation and maintenance can be realized.The system is able to automatically identify the regional environment and hardware equipment,such as simulation main control room,instructor booth,remote shutdown station,computer complex;and it also has self-service operation and maintenance,online expert diagnosis and assistance functions.The design scheme provides the guidance to the technical improvement and innovation exploration for the application of AR technology in the operation and maintenance of FSS.
