摘要
张珍玉教授认为脱发的病机除了肝肾不足或心脾亏虚之外,还与肺的功能有关,故提出“治脱发离俗,求治于肺”的学术思想。临床分型论治:血热风盛证应用防风通圣散配合凉血活血药物进行治疗;血虚风燥证应用当归地黄汤加减进行治疗;心血亏虚证应用归脾丸加减进行治疗;肝肾两虚证应用七宝美髯丹加减进行治疗;脾胃虚弱证应用四君子汤或参苓白术散加减进行治疗;气血两虚证应以补气养血法治疗,方用八珍汤加减。
Professor Zhang Zhenyu believes that the main pathogenesis of hair loss is not only the Liver and Kidney deficiency or Heart and Spleen deficiency but also being related to the function of the Lung.Therefore,the author puts forward the academic idea of"treatment of hair loss from perspective of regulating the Lung function".Clinical classification treatment methods are as follows:for Blood Heat and Wind Syndrome modified Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder can be used combined with Liangxue Huoxue drugs in treatment;for Blood deficiency and Wind-drying Syndrome modified Danggui Dihuang Decoction can be used in treatment;for Heart and Blood deficiency Syndrome modified Guipi Pill can be used in treatment;for Liver and Kidney deficiency Syndrome modified Qibao Meidan Pill can be used in treatment;for Spleen and Stomach deficiency Syndrome modified Sijunzi Decoction or Shenqi Baizhu Powder can be used in treatment;for Qi and Blood deficiency Syndrome method of nourishing Qi and Blood,i,e,modified Bazhen can be used in treatment.
