摘要
目的:观察眼底激光单用和联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)患者的疗效及对完全吸收时间的影响,总结临床应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的60例DR患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施眼底激光光凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上注射雷珠单抗,观察两组眼底出血和眼底渗血完全吸收时间、治疗前后矫正视力及眼压变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组眼底出血完全吸收时间和眼底渗血完全吸收时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组矫正视力均高于治疗前,眼压均低于治疗前,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DR应用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗的效果明显,可以显著提高患者的矫正视力,有效控制眼压,促进眼底出血和渗血的吸收,值得临床应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of fundus laser alone and combined with Ranibizumab in treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)and its effect on complete absorption time,and summarize the clinical application value.Method:A total of 60 DR patients in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser photocoagulation,while observation group was injected with Ranibizumab on the basis of control group.The complete absorption time of fundus hemorrhage and oozing blood,the corrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure changes before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups were observed.Result:The complete absorption time of fundus hemorrhage and oozing blood in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the corrected visual acuity of two groups were higher than those of before treatment,and the intraocular pressure were lower than those of before treatment,and the above indexes of observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 63.33% of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of fundus laser combined with Ranibizumab in treatment of DR has obvious effect,it can significantly improve the best corrected visual acuity of patients,effectively control intraocular pressure,and promote the absorption of eyeground hemorrhage and oozing blood,it is worthy of clinical application.
