摘要
目的探讨老年心力衰竭患者肺部B超与血清N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)和心功能分级的相关性。方法选取2017年1月到2018年10月我院心内科收治的228例住院患者,分别对患者进行肺部B超检查、血清NT-proBNP检测,观察患者肺部B超与心功能分级的相关性、血清NT-proBNP与心功能分级的相关性。结果随着心功能分级的不断提升,患者的血清NT-proBNP含量不断提升;随着心功能分级的不断提升,患者的B线数量将会越多;肺部B超与血清NT-proBNP及心功能分级呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论老年心力衰竭患者肺部B超与血清NNT-proBNP和心功能分级呈正相关性,具有密切关联。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between pulmonary ultrasonography and serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and cardiac function grading in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods:A total of 228 inpatients admitted to our department of cardiology from March 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled.The patients underwent B-ultrasound examination of the lungs and serum NT-proBNP.The patients were observed for B-ultrasound and cardiac function grading.Correlation,correlation between serum NT-proBNP and cardiac function grading.Results:With the continuous improvement of cardiac function grading,the serum NT-proBNP content of patients increased continuously;with the continuous improvement of cardiac function grading,the number of patients with B-line will be more;lung B-ultrasound and serum NT-proBNP and Cardiac function grade was positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between pulmonary ultrasonography and serum NNT-proBNP and cardiac function grading in elderly patients with heart failure.
