摘要
以组织培养、高位芽繁殖和无菌播种3种不同繁殖方式培育的泼墨石斛(Dendrobium Enobi Purple‘Splashi’)苗为研究对象,研究其生长、开花及繁殖效率的变化。结果表明:组培苗和高位芽苗在生长、开花以及繁育效率方面显著优于无菌播种苗,组培苗与高位芽苗间差异不显著,组培苗的茎高、叶宽、茎鲜重、总鲜重、茎干重、总干重、花朵数等数值最大,分别为5.5 cm、2.1 cm、3.992 g、10.995 g、0.648 g、1.323 g、5.4朵,高位芽苗的花枝和花期最长,开花率最高,反祖率最低,分别为16.2 cm、30.8 d、98.8%和0。组培苗在抽新芽时间、新芽数及移栽成活率等方面显著高于高位芽苗,分别为13.6 d、4.8个和95.8%。组培苗繁殖效率高,适用于大型兰花企业开展成品苗规模化生产,高位芽苗开花特性好,适用于小型兰花企业开展成品苗生产。无菌播种苗植株长势弱,开花率低,同时存在严重的消苞和反祖现象,不利于开展商品化种苗生产。
Using seedlings of tissue culture,phanerophyte and aseptic sowing with different propagation methods as objectives,differences of growth,flowering and reproductive efficiency of Dendrobium Enobi Pureple‘Splashi’were studied.Results showed that seedlings of tissue culture and phanerophyte were significantly superior to aseptic sowing seedlings,but there weren’t significant difference between tissue culture and phanerophyte seedlings.There were the highest of stem high,leaf width,stem fresh weight,total fresh,stem dry weight,total dry weight and flower number in tissue culture seedlings,which were 5.5 cm,2.1 cm,3.992 g,10.995 g,0.648 g,1.323 g,5.4,respectively.There were the longest flower branch and florescence,the highest flowering rate and the lowest atavism rate in phanerophyte seedings,which were 16.2 cm,30.8 d,98.8%and 0,respectively.Tissue culture seedlings were significantly higher than phanerophyte in new sprout pumping time,new sprout number and survival rate of transplant,which were 13.6 d,4.8 and 95.8%,respectively.Tissue culture seedlings had the highest propagation efficiency,and was fit to cultivate scale production seedlings for the large orchid enterprises.Phanerophyte seedlings had the best flowering traits,and was fit to cultivate production seedlings for small orchid enterprises.Aseptic sowing seedlings had the worst plants and the lowest flowering rate,at the same time existed serious bract elimination and atavism,which was not fit to commercial seedling production.
