两株从手足口病患者分离的稀有血清型肠道病毒全基因组序列特征分析 被引量:3

Complete Genome Analysis of Two Rare Serotype Enteroviruses Isolated from Patients with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

摘要 柯萨奇病毒A组21型(Coxsackievirus A21,CV-A21)和肠道病毒D组68型(Enterovirus D68,EV-D68)可引起成人和儿童严重的呼吸道疾病、急性弛缓性麻痹等症状,甚至死亡。本研究从手足口病(Hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)患者中分离到CV-A21(2013FJPTN012)和EV-D68(2014FJQZ344)各一株,对其全基因组序列进行测定和分析。通过构建基于VP1区和全基因组序列的最大似然法(Max likehood)系统进化树,并进行Simplot重组分析,对这两株福建分离株的基因序列特征和分子流行特征进行分析。结果显示,2013FJPTN012属于CV-A21的A2基因亚型,2014FJQZ344属于EV-D68的A2基因亚型。这两株分离株均未发生明显重组。本研究分析了两株分离株的全基因组序列特征,扩展了CV-A21和EV-D68的基因数据库,为病毒的相关研究、疾病控制提供了基础资料。 Coxsackievirus A 21(CV-A21) and enterovirus D68(EV-D68) can cause severe respiratory diseases,acute retarded paralysis,and even death in adults and children. In order to investigate the genetic characteristics and molecular epidemic characteristics of enterovirus isolates associated with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in Fujian, China, the whole genome sequences were analyzed by constructing maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree based on VP1 gene and whole genome sequences. Simplot recombination analysis were also carried out. Results showed that 2013 FJPTN012 belonged to CV-A21 subtype A2 and2014 FJQZ344 belonged to EV-D68 subtype A2. The Recombination analysis showed that the two isolates could be transmitted within China without a recombination signal. This study provided basic data for research as well as disease prevention and control.
