摘要
为了准确测量振动物体的振动加速度,为判断机械故障以及物体的工作状态提供可靠的参考指标,利用MEMS加速度传感器设计一款振动加速度测量采集系统,该系统主要包括加速度测量模块、加速度采集模块以及加速度读取模块,MEMS技术的运用大大减小了测量采集系统的体积,数字式的输出提高了测量系统的精度。试验结果表明,该振动加速度测量采集系统可以较为准确地实现振动加速度的测量和采集,可以承受至少100 g的过载冲击。
In order to accurately measure the vibration acceleration of vibrating object and provide a reliable reference index for judging the mechanical fault and the working state of the object,a vibration acceleration measurement-acquisition system was designed based on MEMS acceleration sensor.The system mainly included an acceleration-measurement module,an acceleration-acquisition module,and acceleration-readed module.Using MEMS technology greatly reduced the size of the measurement-acquisition system,and the digital output improved the accuracy of the measurement system.The test results show that vibration acceleration measurement-acquisition system can accurately measure and store the vibration acceleration and can withstand at least 100 g of overload impact.
